Description
The Aryung PVG Series consists of fixed-quantity lubrication valves designed for intermittent grease-supply systems requiring accurate and consistent lubricant delivery. Using a piston-operated metering mechanism, each valve dispenses a predetermined quantity of grease during every lubrication cycle, helping maintain reliable lubrication performance throughout the system. The extremely small flow-error range makes the PVG Series particularly suitable for precision lubrication applications where consistent grease delivery is critical to equipment reliability and component life.
The series is available in multiple flow capacities ranging from 0.1 cc/st to 0.5 cc/st and supports lubricants from NLGI #000 through NLGI #1. Depending on installation requirements, the valve can be supplied in either a one-touch connection style for faster piping and reduced installation time or a threaded version for traditional piping systems. The one-touch design is especially beneficial for reducing assembly time and lowering installation costs. For proper system configuration, the PVG Series is designed for use in combination with the ARG-M type distribution valve.
